Human Resources Committee
The duties of the committee shall be to review, study, and make recommendations concerning programs, fringe benefits, compensation, and matters pertaining to the Human Resources for all county employees and elected officials.

Parks & Recreation Comittee
The duties of the Parks and Recreation Committee will be to provide and oversee the provisions of leisure services for Williamson County.

Rules Committee
The duties of the the Rules Committee will be to establish the rules and regulations for:
- Agenda formulation and all other matters pertaining to the orderly conducting of business by the Board of Commissioners.
- Committee meetings
- The Board of Commissioners' meetings
- The filing of resolutions

Steering Committee
The duties of the Steering Committee will be to establish or discontinue all Standing Committees, with the approval of the Board of Commissioners, to appoint all members of Standing Committees with approval from the Board of Commissioners, and appoint all members of Special Committees. Committees may not be composed of more than one Commissioner from the same district.
